  • Order Approval: Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving their order details, including artwork and specifications. Once approved, orders cannot be altered.

4. Production and Turnaround Time

  • Standard turnaround time is 3-5 business days. Custom or bulk orders may require additional time, and we will provide an estimated timeline.
  • Rush Orders: Expedited processing may be available for an additional fee. Please contact us to discuss your specific timeline.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or included in the final invoice.
  • Delivery Times: Shipping times may vary depending on location and carrier. Jj’s Graphics and DTF is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
  • Lost or Damaged Shipments: We are not liable for items lost or damaged during shipping. Customers are encouraged to opt for shipping insurance for added protection.
