Returns and Refunds for Custom Orders:

  1. Custom Orders: Due to the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on completed custom orders unless there is an issue directly related to the quality of the print or an error on our part.

  2. Quality Issues or Printing Errors: If you believe there is an error in your order or a defect in the print quality, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product. We may request photos of the product or additional details to assess the issue.

  3. Resolution Options: For verified quality issues or errors, we offer options including:

    • Reprinting the affected items at no additional cost.
    • Partial Refunds or Discounts on future orders, depending on the situation.

Non-Refundable Situations:

  • Customer-Supplied Errors: We cannot accept responsibility for issues arising from customer-provided artwork that doesn’t meet our specifications, such as low resolution, incorrect colors, or misalignment. Please ensure your design files meet our guidelines before submission.
  • Change of Mind: As our products are made to order, we do not offer refunds or returns for changes of mind once production has started.
